High powder activity – less enzyme mass is needed on test strip to facilitate reconstitution using reduced blood sample volume

Highly purified, no additives – reduced signal interference from reactions with components in the biosensor strip thus offering increased formulation flexibility

High specificity for glucose – no significant cross reactivity with maltose (<0.1%) and galactose (0.7%) in the patient’s sample providing increased accuracy

High stability – good recovery of enzyme activity throughout strip manufacturing process resulting in reduced loss

No interference from oxygen in the patient sample – resulting increased accuracy and reproducibility
